Nabbed Again … HazMat Trucks Still Traveling Through Downtown and Getting Traffic Tickets

With the re-routing decision now in the hands of State transportation officials, hazardous material trucks continue to travel though the center of downtown Boston, the North End and waterfront.   1. Okay, so why is it the police can ticket HazMat trucks but not ticket the (also very visible) Segway tours? I see lines of Segways illegally driving on the sidewalks with pedestrians trying to avoid them almost every day.
