Zoning and Licensing Applications

7:00 – 7:15 PM
196 Endicott Street, Esmaeil Mahdavi has filed an appeal for zoning relief to change the legal occupancy of the building from a three-family dwelling to a four-family dwelling, creating a basement unit.

7:15 – 7:30 PM
6 Prince Street, Artu Restaurant, Nancy Frattaroli has applied to the Mayor’s Office of Consumer Affairs and Licensing to update and correct the existing non-live entertainment license to reflect the hours of operation (2:00 AM closing hour) and capacity (99 persons) in effect since 2001. There will be no change to the current entertainment, which consists of one television and background music.

351 Hanover Street, Volle Nolle, Torri Crowell has applied to the Licensing Board for the City of Boston for a 7-Day C.V. Malt and Wine License, with a closing hour of 11:00 PM.

178 Salem Street, Cafe Lil Italy, Carla Gomes has applied to the Licensing Board for the City of Boston for a 7-Day C.V. Malt and Wine License, with a closing hour of 9:00 PM.
