Early Music at Old North Church on March 13th

Concordia Consort will present a recorder and vocal concert of early music on Sunday, March 13, 2011 at 5 in the afternoon at historic Old North Church, 193 Salem Street, in Boston’s North End. Guest soprano Eileen Cecelia Callahan is featured in this concert of meditative music based on psalm settings & chorale melodies by Bach, Byrd, Lassus, Morley, Pachelbel, Pederson, Scarlatti, Trombetti & others. Founded by Boston-area recorder teacher Sheila Beardslee in 1995, Concordia Consort has performed period music throughout New England and Europe.
