Snow emergency/parking ban lifted 6pm Thu 1/27.
Enforcement continues thru 6pm. Cars in alternate lots to be moved before 8pm.

City of Boston Ends The Snow Emergency (That Never Happened)

The City gave up waiting for the snow, issuing the following: “Today’s declared snow emergency and parking ban that was in effect starting at 8AM today, February 10 will officially end at 6:00 p.m. today, February 10, 2010.
