The North End / Waterfront Neighborhood Council will be having its monthly meeting on Monday, September 13th, 7:00 pm at the Nazzaro Center, 30 N. Bennet St.
1. 133 Salem Street (David Crocini) – seeking variance to change legal occupancy from “retail” to “retail and 4 residential units,” including the expansion of the head house for additional living space.
2. 65 Salem Street ( Paul Barker ) – former location of Go Banana’s is seeking a variance to change legal occupancy from retail with take out to take out restaurant, including 18 seats.
3. Sarah Barnat (Project Manager Trinity Financial) will provide an update on the development plans for Parcels 2 A/B/C which includes a supermarket with 257 residential rental units on the upper floors. The Bulfinch Triangle parcel is located between N. Washington St., New Chardon St, Valenti Way and Canal St.
October meeting date change: In observance of Columbus Day, the October NEWNC meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2010 (instead of the usual 2nd Monday of the month).
