A warning to North End / Waterfront caffeine addicts: Starbucks at 2 Atlantic Avenue is closing from September 13 – 23, reopening on Friday, September 24th. The store is planning a major remodeling. Besides Anthony’s on the Waterfront across the street, there is no shortage of coffee shops in the immediate area.

There is always the mini Starbucks in the Marriott or the one in Quincy Market.
