Real estate sales and pricing per square foot improved in both the North End and Waterfront markets during the second quarter of 2010, according to LINK reports. The Waterfront saw an especially large increase of 77% in sales activity over last year while the North End was up 17%. Average selling prices were down 10% in the North End and up 12% on the waterfront but both saw “per square foot” increases.
