The Boston City Council announced its 2010 committees. Councilor Sal LaMattina represents District 1 (which includes the North End/Waterfront), and is Chair of the City Neighborhood Services & Veterans Affairs, a position he held last term as well. He also sits on the following committees: Humanities & Tourism, Economic Development & Planning, Education, Environment & Health, Post Audit & Oversight, Public Safety, Ways & Means, 2010 Census and Federal Stimulus Oversight.
