goal is to set up the tables OUTDOORS (so dress appropriately in
layers) near the Christmas tree which will be lit up by Mayor Menino
during the 2-3pm hour In the event of severe weather (heavy
precipitation, harsh cold/wind) we will move indoors to the adjacent
Elliot School cafeteria. In the event that this happens, it is
essential to the success of the event that all vendors are cooperative
and exhibit a positive attitude : ) As this is New England in
December…
An email will follow to all confirmed vendors on 12.1 to review the simple logistics of the event.
