A well-attended fourth annual Girl Friends of the North End reunion was held on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at the Knights of Columbus in Charlestown.
The evening began with the Pledge of Allegiance, followed by moments of reflection for the girl friends who have passed on, After a prayer of thanks, the girl friends dined on a delicious dinner catered Spinelli’s.
Prizes were awarded for the first person to rsvp, Janice Silano Scarparotti, and for guessing the North End trivia question, Lucille Sorrentino Dellorfano.
All the ladies were up and dancing the night away because of the catchy tunes spun by DJ Sal Bartolo.
Every one said, “it was the best time ever”.
