BPDNews.com has always had a lighter tone than most other government websites, often poking fun at dumb criminals and themselves. Today, the official community news site from the Boston Police Department posts a humorous video regarding the recent hacking of its website. Over the last several days, the group “Anonymous” hacked the site to protest alleged police brutality at Occupy Wall Street and posted a music video of the KRS-One song on BPDNews.com. Using the same KRS-One song, Boston Police respond in their own way to the incident.
