A Weekend In Boston: Events Throughout the City March 29 – 31

Welcome to A Weekend in Boston, a weekly post about events occurring over the upcoming weekend throughout all of Boston. For events coming up in the North End, see the event calendar. For more information on each event, click on the event title.

March is over! It just flew by. This weekend is supposed to warm up a lot so you can finally enjoy some spring weather outside! Be careful when heading back to work on Monday though, it’s going to be April Fools Day! Are you planning a good prank or joke? Either way, enjoy the warm weather with some fun stuff happening in Boston this weekend.

Friday, March 29

Two Concerts in The City

There are two great concerts happening at the same time on the same night in Boston! How will you choose? At the Paradise Rock Club: Vundabar, Sidney Gish, and Future Teens will be performing a sold-out show. This means finding tickets might be a bit of a challenge, but definitely worth it. All of the bands are from Boston, so how can you miss out on that?

At the Great Scott: Don’t Stop or We’ll Die and Sloppy Boys. Don’t Stop or We’ll Die features actor Paul Rust. You may know Rust from the show Love on Netflix. This show is sold-out as well, but it’s worth trying to score tickets!

When: Doors open at 7 p.m. for Paradise Rock Club and 10 a.m. for Great Scott
Where: Paradise Rock Club on Commonwealth Avenue and Great Scott in Allston
Price: Sold-out: Look for resale tickets on stub-hub or online, it’s worth it!
