NEMPAC’s La Bohéme Production to Feature Children’s Chorus (Tickets Available)

LaBoheme-LandscapeImageThe North End Music and Performing Arts Center (NEMPAC) Opera Project is returning to the Great Hall in Boston’s historic Faneuil Hall with the production of La Bohème. This Puccini masterpiece promises its audience an indelible experience through the majestic setting of the Great Hall, its rich musical score, and timeless love story.

What is particularly special about this production is there will be a children’s chorus comprised of NEMPAC music students. Since NEMPAC’s founding in 2001, its children’s programs continue to grow, revealing the many treasures that musical education can generate. There is an enormous sense of pride watching the children blossom and, for the NEMPAC Children’s Chorus, now having the opportunity to perform on the big stage.

The children’s chorus of La Bohème includes Grace Connolly, Sarah Connolly, Isabella Chavarro, Jadon Berkson, Annie Bugbee, Isabel Braun, Eleonora Pisani-Ricciarini, Chiara Occhipinti Haskell, Georgia Klein, Maddie Heath and Walker Cox. Imagine the thrill these youngsters must be feeling rising to a performance of this magnitude. Samantha Prindiville is serving as Music Director for the La Bohème Children’s Chorus.

Performances held at Faneuil Hall’s Great Hall, Boston:
