“The RoseMan” to Give Lecture at North End Library on April 25th

On Saturday, April 25 at 12 noon, a lecture and presentation will be given by Irwin Ehrenrich (The Roseman.) The event is sponsored by the Friends of Christopher Columbus Park.

This lecture is a powerpoint presentation with beautiful slides and photos. It covers rose history, classification, the year in the rose garden from spring pruning to winter protection and finally a photo gallery of some of Irwin’s rose garden. Irwin and Cindy Ehrenreich’s Barnstable, MA rose garden, with over 700 roses, was featured on the New England Cable News show New England Dream House, in A Garden Lover’s Cape Cod by C.L.Fornari, the Spring 2008 issue of Country Garden Magazine, the May 2011 issue of Cape Cod Magazine and on the web site HGTV Gardens. Light refreshments served.
