Construction has begun at 124-126 Salem Street in the building formerly occupied by Pasta e Pomodoro restaurant on the first floor. Adam Castaglioni shares the note posted on the door that explains the renovated property will house 9 residential units and 2,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. An open house was held on October 3rd by the construction contractor. Renovations are expected to take 10-12 months, according to the letter.
