May 23, 2014 – 2:30 a.m.
Police Officer’s responded to a loud party call at 5 Henchman Street, 25 – 30 guests were cleared from the apartment which took over 30 minutes to clear. The responding officers issued a summons to court for the tenant of the building.

  1. HOW COME 28 FLEET ST., WHICH HAS BEEN AN ONGOING PROBLEM FOR YEARS WAS NOT.
    MENTIONED? LAST SATURDAY NIGHT A BEER BOTTLE WAS THROWN OFF THE ROOF AND.
    A HEAVY BOOK WHICH LEFT A DENT IN THE CAR ROOF. 28 FLEET STREET IF THEY WERE.
    RECEIVING FINES FOR THE LAST 20 YEARS SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN WITH ALL THE THE VIOLATIONS. THERE IS ALSO A BACKYARD IN THE BACK OF THIS.
    BUILDING WHERE THEY KEEP NEIGHBORS UP UNTIL 4 A. M. OR SO. YOU KNOW WHO OWNS.
    THE BUILDING WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT IT, BESIDES INSULTING EVERYONE’S.
    INTELLIGENCE.

  2. Other communities are putting Heavy Fines~~of $200.00 ~~just for Loud Music~~~day or night!
    But for some reason, Party Town (as it’s been called) DOES NOTHING!

  3. This Community has been jerked around for many many years! The people in charge of making OUR RULES~~~~DO NOT live in the North End~~~therefore really Don’t Care about what we have to deal with!

  4. PROBLEM BUILDINGS IN THE NO.. END ARE AS FOLLOWS, TO NAME A FEW,
    5 Henchman St., aka 35 Charter St., 178 Endicott St., 32 Charter St. & 28 Fleet.
    Problems include Loud Parties, Disturbing the Peace, Indecent Exposure and Elderly Abuse.
