The City finds more Excuses not to Clean the Streets. We need men sweeping in gutters, and if they have to go
between cars, so what, people need jobs desperately. The City & State are making more money than ever, give
people a 20 Hr. a week Job, which will not include Medical Benefits, but it could possibly add a little something to
a poor family, looking for ways to survive in this Greedy World that we all live in.
