Between 1920’s wiring and frozen ground caused by the single digit degree frigid temperatures, the NStar crew on Hanover Street is dealing with a lot of elements as they work to replace burnt out power lines to some in the area, including Carmelina’s North End. Owner Damien DiPaola gives the crew credit for their hard work, but is obviously disappointed that his restaurant has been forced to close because of the emergency repairs.
