On Monday morning, neighbors woke up to this scene on Margaret Street with trash strewn up and down the sidewalk. Witnesses speculated on that it looked like trash pickers had been to blame. The incident was reported to the city hotline and cleaned up by a resident. Photo by Lynn Bova.

I think i submitted about 5 citizen connects on sunday AM just walking around a few streets in the north end. the businesses and clearly some residents on parmenter street are pigs.

Trash pickers are vile scum. Worse than rats, all for 5 cents a can.
Is there nothing the city can do about it?
