In addition to last weekend’s trash photos, North End resident and Connah Store owner, Mark Petrigno, shared this photo of the Big Dig tunnel entrance/exit across from the North End’s Cross Street plaza, by the N. Washington Street intersection. (See where J. Pace’s store sign is in photo.)

Noticing rebar sticking out of concrete in several areas, the question arises … is this the finished product?

    It’s worse if you go into the northbound tunnel in front of Pace’s. A ton of rebar in that entrance also.
