North End Waterfront Health, formerly North End Community Health Center, constantly evaluates its offerings in order to provide the community with culturally relevant, affordable, and high-quality health care.
As a part of this effort, we are asking both patients and non-patients to take a brief 10-question survey. We will use the data gathered from the results to better tailor our services to our diverse patient population.
